Designing small developments, usually for Building Contactors, is another of the projects we undertake. Anything from large bungalows and detached houses to pairs of semi-detached dwellings.
If necessary we can arrange for a digital survey of the site to be undertaken before starting any designs. We will liaise with the building contractor to design properties to their requirements before submission to the Local Authority.
After Planning Permission has been approved by the council we will then begin the process of preparing the Building Regulations drawings to the satisfaction of the client.
Once again for new build ventures we will also submit an Energy Efficiency Applications (SAP, EPC, Water Efficiency, Ventilation Assessments and Air Tightness Testing). A quotation for this will be acquired from the local authority at the same time as the Building Regulations quotation is acquired.
