Design of Extensions

Producing plans for residential extensions, this can cover anything from garage conversions to annexe’s in association with host dwellings and also single and two storey extensions.  We will visit the site and provide a quotation, including local authority fees and if this is acceptable we will then produce plans to the clients requirements.  Once the client is happy with these we will submit to the local authority.

Whether new build or extension the planning application process takes approx 2 months and we will wait for the planning application to be approved before commencing work on the Building Regulations application should this be required.

We will acquire a quotation from Building Control for the Building Regulation application fees and this will be sent to the client along with a copy of the Planning Permission.  At this stage we will ask for confirmation from the client that they wish to proceed to this next stage.

A Planning application will not always be necessary but can depend on several factors, advice can be give on this during the consultation stage.
