G R Merchant was established in 1987 by Bob Merchant and became a Limited Company in 2006 now trading as G R Merchant Ltd.
Originally a ‘one man band’ in 1987 with a small office we now have a team of 5 long serving dedicated members of staff including Directors and have a much larger office space with on-site parking so making it convenient for prospective clients to visit us.
With our local knowledge and close contact with the Planning Authorities we will take your chosen project through the Planning and Building Regulations process to achieve your requirements.
We have the facilities on-site to plot and print drawings from A4 size up to A0 so our clients are always provided with full size drawings during and after completion of their projects.
We are conscious of the Environment and try to incorporate as many eco-friendly elements and products as possible into our designs.
We strive to offer a professional and friendly service to all of our clients and over the years have had many repeat customers, irrespective of the size of the project being undertaken. We are able to accommodate diverse design requirements ranging from the small residential extensions, bespoke house designs and also small residential developments, barn conversions as well as agricultural and commercial design and requirements.
